Your product will ship within one to five business days of you placing your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Juzan Jewelry has an estimated delivery time that you find in the product description.
2. What’s your return policy?if you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund.
3. Can I cancel my order?Yes. You can cancel your order at any time. However, some times orders get send out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please return it for a full refund.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?If there's an issue with your order (Wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted), you can simply return it for a full refund or exchange.
